Job Description

  • Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth market research, engaging with potential clients through various channels, and leveraging sales and communication strategies to build and maintain strong business relationships. You will use tools like cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to create interest in our products and services.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform market research to identify potential leads and gather key contact data.
    • Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
    • Evaluate leads by analyzing their level of interest and business needs.
    • Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team.
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
    • Support Account Managers in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to discover new leads.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
    • Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets.
    • Track opportunity status and ensure proper CRM database updates in coordination with account managers.
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating business-related events.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
    • Explore and engage in business opportunities across both public and private sectors.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a background in Computer Science or IT is an advantage.
  • At least one sales or pre-sales certification in IT products is preferred.

Communication Skills:

  • Intermediate English proficiency is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Sales & Marketing Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of lead generation strategies and customer engagement techniques.
  • Ability to grow client accounts and penetrate new markets.

Personal Attributes:

  • Goal-oriented and driven to exceed performance targets.
  • Excellent time management and strategic planning abilities.
