Greenland Company for Organizing Exhibitions — a trusted name in Egypt’s exhibitions industry since 1997 — is hiring a Sales & Partnership Executive to join our expanding team.
This is a B2B-focused role combining sales, business development, and client relationship management. Your main mission is to sell exhibition spaces, attract companies aligned with our event themes, and foster strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and ensuring exhibitors receive full support before, during, and after the event — helping to establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell booth spaces and exhibition packages to businesses in relevant sectors.
- Promote exhibitions to potential exhibitors through direct communication and personal/professional networks.
- Seek out and secure partnerships and sponsorships from companies that complement the current event themes.
- Build and maintain ongoing business relationships with existing and new clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during event days, ensuring their needs are met and concerns resolved promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments (design, logistics, operations) to deliver a seamless exhibitor experience.
- Conduct small-scale promotional outreach campaigns within your network to support current event goals.
- Track leads, report on progress, and provide insights on market trends.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the exhibitions, events, or trade show sectors.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience dealing with clients across industries (construction, medical, tech, ceramics, etc.) is a plus.
- High level of professionalism and client service mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during event execution phases.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
