About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Events Associate to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 2 years of experience in marketing or events. You’ll be directly supporting the Marketing & Conference Organization Executive across a range of international and regional events, including high-level conferences, exhibitions, and B2B communication campaigns.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in executing professional event strategies, developing digital marketing content, managing outreach campaigns, and coordinating with vendors and key stakeholders.

- You can independently support the creation and rollout of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- You stay organized and meet tight deadlines for international conference deliverables.
- You contribute fresh ideas and content to enhance the brand presence and attendee engagement.
- You quickly learn and master basic platforms and processes to support email, social media, and sponsor communications.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of conferences, exhibitions, and workshops.
- Assist in managing email campaigns via platforms like Mailchimp.
- Create and schedule social media content using Canva and basic content calendars.
- Contribute to building B2B LinkedIn campaigns and targeted outreach.
- Coordinate with suppliers, exhibitors, and service providers for event logistics.
- Help develop and maintain marketing materials and event communications.
- Organize and update delegate and sponsor lists.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing feedback and post-event reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of digital marketing basics.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.).
- Hands-on experience or basic knowledge of Canva and social media scheduling.
- Bonus if you have prior exposure to conference or exhibition organization.
- Fluency in English is mandatory – spoken and written.
- A fast learner with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a team.
