Job Description
Main Job Duties:
Plan and Execute Paid Advertising Campaigns
Design and manage paid media strategies across platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) to promote English courses and generate quality leads.
Select appropriate platforms, audiences, budgets, and bidding strategies based on campaign goals.
Ad Creation and Optimization
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling, high-converting ad creatives (texts, visuals, and videos).
Continuously test and optimize ads (A/B testing) for performance, cost-efficiency, and alignment with brand tone.
Performance Tracking and Analysis
Monitor ad performance using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Track KPIs such as Cost per Lead (CPL), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Conversion Rate.
Generate regular reports with actionable insights to improve ROI.
Audience and Trend Research
Analyze market trends, competitor campaigns, and student behaviors to refine targeting and messaging.
Identify emerging platforms or ad formats suitable for educational marketing.
Platform Management and Optimization
Set up, manage, and regularly update ad accounts and company pages across relevant platforms.
Ensure accounts are fully optimized for visibility, compliance, and brand consistency.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and the academic team to align advertising efforts with course offerings and promotions.
Support sales initiatives by creating ad funnels that drive inquiries, sign-ups, and enrollments.
Job Requirements
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Media, or a related field.
Digital Marketing certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
Professional Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing, preferably in the education, e-learning, or service sector.
Proven track record in managing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and at least one emerging platform (TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Experience with lead generation-focused campaigns is essential.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Ads, and related analytics tools.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, conversion tracking, and UTM management.
Comfortable with A/B testing, bid strategy optimization, and audience segmentation.
Basic understanding of landing page optimization, ad copywriting, and funnel design is preferred.
Soft Skills
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across marketing, design, and sales teams.

Willingness to stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging ad formats.
Availability to occasionally attend team meetings or events, even outside of core working hours (if campaigns require).
