Lead-Generation Focus:
- Plan/execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) specifically for real estate lead gen (not just brand awareness).
- Target high-intent buyers/investors using precise audience segmentation (location, income, interests, etc.).
Performance Optimization:
- A/B test creatives (carousels, videos, lead forms) to lower cost per lead (CPL).
- Retarget website visitors & CRM contacts to **increase conversion rates.
- Track offline conversions (calls, site visits, sales) – not just clicks.
Budget & Data Mastery:
- Manage monthly ad budgets with clear ROI reporting.
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, CRM data to prove ad impact on sales.
Job Requirements
5+ years media buying experience – MUST have real estate/property lead gen results (show/send us your portfolio).
Fluent in:
- Meta Ads Manager (lead forms, dynamic ads)
- Google Ads (Search + Display)
- Lookalike audiences & exclusion tactics
Obsessed with numbers – brings past CPL/ROAS reports to interview.
Understands real estate customer journey (awareness → site visit → purchase).
Bonus Skills:
- Basic video editing (for ad creatives)
- Familiarity with real estate CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
