Job Description
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition & Software Technical Recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruiting plans to insure hiring the required top talent. This role requires a deep understanding of qTech.’s hiring needs, exceptional sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical skill requirements, and desired candidate profiles
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates from diverse channels
- Manage the recruitment, including candidate scheduling, interview coordination
- Maintain a good talent pipeline and proactively reach out to candidates to build relationships
- Monitor and report recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate experience
- Collaborate with the HR team on team member branding, talent marketing, and other strategic talent initiatives
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-growing environment
- Deep understanding of qTech.’s hiring needs, principles, frameworks, and technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A record of identifying, attracting, and securing top technical talent
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting/sourcing tools
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
