Job Description
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet Atco Pharma’s hiring needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and industry networks to find top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) & optimize processes.
- Conduct interviews for all hiring requirements along with attending internal assessment centers when needed.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge: General Knowledge about all HR functions, Familiarity with pharmaceutical roles (e.g., Manufacturing, Facilities, Field force, QA/QC)
- Tools: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, WUZZUF, Social media groups and headhunting search techniques.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a suitable university.
