Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring the company’s workforce grows with high-performing individuals aligned with the company’s culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Source and screen candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and final hiring decisions.
- Maintain a strong talent pool and build candidate pipelines for future roles.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare job offers and work with HR operations on onboarding processes.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Experience recruiting across multiple departments and levels.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring in real estate, construction, or property development sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
- Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred.
