Job Description
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various departments (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding).
- Maintain the global recruitment policy and processes. Guide the Global team on the recruitment process and policy and changes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and role specifics.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms).
- Screen resumes and applications; conduct interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment processes end-to-end, including interviews, recruitment system maintenance, sourcing (including social media).
- High level of control in the English language (Speaking, reading, and writing).
- University Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in global recruitment processes
- Result-driven, agile, and can-do approach.
- Team player and self-motivated to learn and grow.
- Previous experience in the medical field is a plus.
