Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive company growth by managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, with a special emphasis on building our robust sales team. We are seeking a proactive, hands-on individual to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent for both white-collar and blue-collar positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure talent needs are met efficiently and align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, with a primary focus on scaling our vital sales division.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for all roles.
- Proactively build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs using a multi-channel sourcing strategy.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and alignment with Koning Foods' company culture.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process.
- Stay informed on Egyptian labor market trends, particularly within the F&B and distribution sectors.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics and KPIs to leadership.
- Champion an exceptional and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 4-6 years of dedicated experience in a talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitment role.
- Mandatory: Proven, direct experience recruiting within the Food & Beverage (F&B) and/or FMCG distribution industries in Egypt.
- Mandatory: Demonstrable, hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment for sales teams. This must include hiring for both white-collar and blue-collar positions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with an ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
