Job Purpose
Implement the organization's staffing plans so that the organization attracts and retains the talents it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives.
This position has indirect impact on the store’s revenue, Transactions, and overall customer satisfaction.
Role Description
- Strategize Recruitment Plans: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage Recruitment Team: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including internal and external sources.
- Interview and Selection: Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with department leaders.
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
- Employee Retention: Develop and implement employee retention programs to maintain a motivated and engaged workforce.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
- Employer Branding and Interviewing skills
- Experience in recruiting activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Very Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of the F&B Industry is a must
