The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team in Cairo. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in high-volume hiring environments and is eager to expand into technical and niche recruitment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles (e.g. customer service and sales) as well as technical and niche positions (e.g. IT, product, data, or specialized roles)
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to deeply understand varying hiring needs, workforce planning, and timelines
- Strategically source talent using a range of channels including job boards, social platforms, Boolean search, and direct outreach
- Screen and assess candidates for both culture fit and technical or role-specific competencies
- Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Maintain and optimize recruitment pipelines and reporting to drive data-informed decisions and improvements
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts targeting both high-volume and specialized talent pools
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong foundation in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Proven success in mass hiring, ideally in BPO, call center, or agency settings
- Experience or familiarity with technical or niche role recruiting (e.g. IT, engineering, analytics, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business functions
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering results
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus, but not required
- Must be willing to work on-site in our Cairo office
