Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cross-Functional Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Partner with hiring managers across all departments—especially Engineering, Product, and IT—to understand and forecast hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for both tech and non-tech roles, aligning with the organization’s workforce plan.
  • Provide market insights and support headcount planning in collaboration with the OD team.

2. Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Lead recruitment for tech roles (e.g., software engineers, data analysts, DevOps), as well as roles in business operations, sales, marketing, and HR.
  • Facilitate structured interviews and help teams assess both technical and cultural fit.

3. Tech Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche platforms to source high-caliber tech candidates.
  • Build and maintain active pipelines of both technical and business talent for future hiring needs.
  • Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and long-term relationship building.

4. Recruitment Tools, Reporting & Analytics

  • Utilize ATS and HR systems to track recruitment activities and ensure data accuracy.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance) and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
  • Recommend improvements in recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on tech hiring.
  • Proven success hiring for both technical and non-technical roles in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
