100% Remote | Full-Time | Work on EST Hours

CASA One Residential is a U.S.-based real estate investment company focused on buying, structuring, and flipping residential properties. We're looking for a highly organized and driven Transaction & Operations Coordinator to join our team remotely.

This is not a basic admin job. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how real estate deals close—and wants to own the transaction process from A to Z. You’ll work directly with our COO and CEO, managing our deal flow and coordinating all the moving parts to get contracts across the finish line.

Your Main Responsibilities

Transaction Coordination (TC Sheet Mastery)

  • Own our Transaction Coordination Sheet (TC Sheet)—the system we use to track every real estate deal
     
  • Coordinate between Title Companies, the Acquisition team, and the Disposition team
     
  • Make calls to Title Companies to check lien status, title clearance, escrow progress, and closing timelines
     
  • Track deadlines, documentation, signatures, and deal updates
     
  • Ensure all required documents are uploaded, signed, and compliant
     

Communicate clearly and consistently with internal teams and third-party partners
 

Job Requirements

Disposition & Seller Support (Secondary Focus Until Fully Ramped)

  • Make calls to buyers (investors) about new properties
     
  • Post deals and updates to InvestorLift
     
  • Help sellers in foreclosure find housing or relocation options
     
  • Reach out to rental agencies or temporary housing programs when needed
     

Who We're Looking For

☑︎ You’ve worked in real estate before—ideally in wholesaling, TC, or back-office coordination
☑︎ You understand how deals move—contracts, title, escrow, buyers, and closing steps
☑︎ You're organized, detail-oriented, and great at following up
☑︎ You speak and write clear English, even if it’s not your native language
☑︎ You’re comfortable on the phone—you can speak with Title companies, sellers, and buyers professionally
☑︎ You're available to work full-time on EST hours
☑︎ You’re proactive, not waiting to be told what to do—you look for what’s missing and fix it
