Job Description
- Provide the first line contact for FM Department with all internal/external customers/suppliers
- Prepare an active presentation to perform action plans for all departments.
- Respond effectively to all queries and complaints, using effective listening, questioning and problem-solving skills
- Carry out daily routine check-ups, ensuring premise status is in good condition,
- noting any defects and escalate to Operation Manager. Coordinate & follow up on action items
- Assist Operation Manager in monitoring service standards, including but not limited to the coffee area, cleaning, and rest floors.
- Review and make recommendations to maintain building integrity, maintaining accurate records as required.
- Assist in the compliance of existing Health and Safety policy, safe working environment, liaising closely with Head of department and Health & Safety officer.
- Assist Operation Manager in Create budget and Cost Control analysis.
- Create Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports
- Supervise all administrative workflow (filling, electronic filling, document distribution….) • Preparing offers and contractual agreements
- Manage the staff environment (safe, secure, proper manners are used, well equipped, hygiene, sounds, smoke, and odors)
- Follow-up workers on site and distribute their daily tasks
- Follow-up, leave and absences
- Provide best possible services to both internal & external customers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction

Job Requirements
- Good command of English reading and writing
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Males only
- Previous experience in operations is a plus
