Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and monitor overall supply chain operations.
- Analyze supply chain data and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely deliveries.
- Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and transportation to optimize distribution.
- Develop and maintain supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, sales, and finance, to streamline operations.
- Resolve supply chain issues, such as delays, shortages, or disruptions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging supply chain technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- [3-5] years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or Planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ERP systems).
- Very good command of written& spoken English.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (APICS, CPIM, …).
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
