Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of top real estate professionals.
 

Experience & Industry Knowledge:

  • 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator (Real estate experience is a major plus!).
  • Familiarity with real estate CRMs (e.g., KVCore, Follow Up Boss, Salesforce), Slack, Google Voice, and MLS platforms is a bonus.
  • Comfortable with contract management, transaction coordination, and property listing processes (preferred but not required).
     

❁ Professionalism & Communication:

  • C1-level English (Advanced Proficiency) – You must be able to write and speak professionally with U.S.-based clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build relationships, handle challenging situations with confidence, and communicate clearly.
     

Organization & Tech Skills:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented – You must be able to juggle multiple tasks and client accounts at once.
  • Tech-savvy – Comfortable using CRMs, project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp), and online communication platforms.
  • Strong reporting and follow-up skills to ensure smooth operations and accountability.
     

Work Ethic & Adaptability:

  • Full-time role – Must be available to work 4 PM - 12 AM Egyptian time (U.S. business hours).
  • Thick-skinned and resilient – Able to handle high-level client concerns with professionalism and confidence.
  • Fast-paced & results-driven – Passion for helping real estate professionals scale their businesses and stay efficient.
