Job Description

Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic role? We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in HR administration, office management, and export logistics. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive & Administrative Support
  • Manage executives’ calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Handle confidential documents and internal communications.
  • HR & Office Administration
     
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Organize company events, training sessions, and engagement activities.
  • Oversee office supplies, facility coordination, and vendor management.
  • Export & Logistics Support
  • Coordinate shipping documentation, logistics schedules, and customs clearance.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain records of shipments, invoices, and compliance documents.
  • General Operations & Problem-Solving
  • Support various departments as needed with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to efficiency.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in administrative, HR, or logistics roles.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in export/logistics processes is a plus.
  • A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
     
  • Location: Heliopolis/Obour
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Working Days: 6 days a week (Friday is off)
