Job Description

1. Document Control

  • Create numbering system for files (., PVC-DWG-001 for drawings)
  • Maintain master document list
  • Track all incoming/outgoing documents

2. Work Coordination

  • Assign tasks to team members
  • Monitor project timelines
  • Liaise between departments

3. Correspondence Handling

  • Process RFIs and submittals
  • Prepare progress reports
  • Maintain filing system (digital + paper)

4. Team Support

  • Provide needed drawings/documents
  • Conduct weekly progress meetings
  • Train new staff on systems

  • Knowledge of quality and safety systems in projects
