Job Description
1. Document Control
- Create numbering system for files (., PVC-DWG-001 for drawings)
- Maintain master document list
- Track all incoming/outgoing documents
2. Work Coordination
- Assign tasks to team members
- Monitor project timelines
- Liaise between departments
3. Correspondence Handling
- Process RFIs and submittals
- Prepare progress reports
- Maintain filing system (digital + paper)
4. Team Support
- Provide needed drawings/documents
- Conduct weekly progress meetings
- Train new staff on systems
