1+ years in a sales leadership or management role, with a proven track record of managing teams.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Trello, HubSpot, or similar) to manage pipelines and track performance.
Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide Sales Executives.
