Job Description

  • Organize and manage the CEO daily schedules, calendar and updated contacts to ensure efficient time management.
  • Prepare a monthly report on the export subsidies activities. This report to be shared with the CEO, the Finance Manager and the Commercial Manager.
  • Support the export subsidies operations responsible in her/his communication with external parties.
  • Well-prepare and proofread various documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Conduct research on various topics, compile data, and prepare reports or summaries to assist the executive in making informed decisions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, relaying information, addressing inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Tackle challenges proactively, finding solutions to issues that arise and making quick decisions when necessary.
  • Organize the travelling activities regarding the line ticketing, hotel reservation, visa renewal and of passport validation to ensure proper business travel.
  • Follow up, review and renew the CEO’s memberships at different associations like; American Chamber of commerce, Sadat Investors Association, Egyptian industries federation, Export council and subscriptions at newsletter and magazines to ensure their validation.
  • Manage the renewal procedures of the CEO‘s IDs and licenses regarding the car license, credit card, insurance resets to ensure their validation.
  • Manage logistical arrangements for Sphinx internal and external parties (travelling employees, CEO visitors, Consultants and Board members) to support the business operation.
  • Negotiate the corporate agreements with the travel agencies and hotels to ensure high quality service with reasonable prices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 plus years’ experience in the same position.
  • Excellent command of English
  • MS Office
  • Reporting skills, strong follow-up, and active
  • Customer focused with outstanding communication skills
