Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Executive Assistant to support our executive team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation within our organisation by providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and handling confidential information.
Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the followings:
1. Providing executive administrative assistance and support to the Vice president.
2. Preparing minutes of meeting.
3. Managing the directors calendar.
4. Liaising with functional departments
5. Providing general administrative assistance to the Vice president.
Job Requirements
1. 3-7 years of relevant experience.
2. Fluency in English with professional speaking skills.
3. Bachelor of Business Administration is preferable.
Skills:
1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Proficiency in using office software tools, such as Microsoft word, excel sheets and presentation software.
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
7. Flexibility and ability to adjust to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
8. Maintaining high level of professionalism and confidentiality in interactions and tasks
9. High Presentability with professional appearance.
