Job Description
- Handle End to End recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements through all Recruitment channels.
- Develop and maintain a qualified pool of talents to guarantee filling vacancies on time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting in the preparation of regular reports.
- Prepare and updating employee files.
- Prepare and follows up on all insurance forms (1, 6, Etc.).
- Maintaining, implementing, and monitoring all required personnel procedures relating to staff terms and conditions of employment to ensure that the company complies with legal requirements and best practice.
Job Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Business administration, Human Resources or relevant field.
- Human Resources Diploma is a plus.
- 4+ Years of proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist (Especially in Recruitment and Personnel tasks).
- Excellent knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with full cycle of recruitment.
- Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf …. etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent Computer & MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of the English.
