As we continue to grow and expand our footprint, we are looking for a dynamic sales manager to lead our sales team and drive results across all sectors.
Key Responsibility:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential, commercial, and administrative units.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to optimise sales performance.
Build strong relationships with brokers, clients, and corporate partners.
Oversee the entire sales process—from lead generation to deal closing.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and improve lead quality.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with proven success in commercial, administrative, and residential sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the October Gardens, 6th of October, and the surrounding areas real estate market.
- Leadership experience in managing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Results-driven with a deep understanding of the sales funnel and customer journey.
