Job Description
- In this role, you will handle both direct sales and client relationship management for one of New Cairo’s most prestigious commercial developments. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and first contact to post-sale client support, ensuring every interaction reflects the exclusivity and quality of the Kairos brand.
- You will work closely with high-value clients, nurturing relationships through our CRM systems, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless client journey from first meeting to final deal.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales and CRM, preferably in real estate, luxury retail, or high-end investment sectors.
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Presentation Skills: Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Client Relations: Proven ability to build trust with high-value clients and manage relationships through CRM tools.
- Professional Appearance: Well-groomed, presentable, and aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Motivation: Self-driven with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Organization: Skilled at maintaining accurate client data and following up systematically.
