This position will begin as part-time for a period of 3 months, after which we will evaluate whether to transition to full-time, continue part-time, or conclude employment based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

The Administrator will assist in daily business operations, including but not limited to:

Email & Communication

Check the CookDocs support email daily for any demo bookings, inquiries, or emails needing a response.
Send occasional emails on behalf of CookDocs, including proposals and other business communications.
Join any necessary meetings/calls to discuss tasks and provide input.
Search for and communicate with contractors for website development, QA, legal, and finance.

Payment & Expense Handling

Input expenses into Accounting software via the mobile app.
Make business expense payments via Instapay, or company card when requested.
Create and send payment links, subscriptions, and invoices to clients via Stripe.

Client & Backend Support

Create CookDocs client accounts through the backend, communicating any system issues or needed optimizations.

Organization & Research

Organize documents and conduct research on requested topics.
Identify opportunities to improve business operations and put simple systems in place.
Create SOP documents to standardize current working procedures when necessary.

Occasional Executive Assistant Tasks

Book reservations, travel arrangements, and handle business inquiries when needed.
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
