Job Description
- Welcome the new students and fully answer their questions
- Run the assigned classes and help the students.
- Answer phone calls and keep records
- Informing students of the course start dates and weekly updates
- Answer student questions regarding events and courses prices and content
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- report the tasks and feedback to his direct manager daily
- very good selling skills with clients and persuasion skills
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
