Job Description

Essential Functions and Other Job Information

  • Prepare bank reconciliation periodically
  • Review of employees’ monthly expenses
  • Support month-end, year-end closing, and yearly audit
  • Manage payment settlement to all suppliers, consultants, subcontractors, and government
  • authorities
  • Review of suppliers’ invoices and process payments. Review for compliance of incoming invoice/ expenses
  • Maintain and Update the Fixed Assets Register
  • Preparation and process the monthly payroll for the employees in coordination with HR Team
  • Responsible for maintaining the compliance of the VAT & Tax Laws
  • Preparation of Monthly Admin Report retrieving the attendance and annual leave report
  • Assists to the HR team in the process of preparation and maintenance of Job Offer, employment contract, resignation, end of service as applicable
  • Assists in the implementation and maintenance of the ERP system
  • Timely coverage of all assigned trainings
  • Keeps up to date the legislation database and improving company financial intelligence
  • Dealing with Tax Authority and Social Insurance Authority
  • Assistance to the Finance Manager/ Director in all activities
  • Complete and maintain the company experience database, client’s lists and keep track of all services done
  • Execute any activities in compliance with applicable SOPs, instructions, and principles

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other relevant field or equivalent and relevant formal academic/ vocational qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the field of finance and accounting
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).
  • Proficiency in Arabic & English language Attention to detail
  • Good time management and multitasking skills to coordinate several tasks simultaneously
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf
  • Appropriate MS Office Skills and accountings software understanding
  • Performs a wide range of variable tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence
  • Ability to perform under stress
  • Regular and consistent attendance

  • Work is performed in an office or home environment with exposure to electrical office equipment
