Job Description
- Oversee the import and export process,
- ensuring timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Prepare, review, and manage all necessary trade documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs declarations, etc.).
- Work closely with customer and freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance and deliveries.
- Optimize import/export costs by monitoring duties, tariffs, and trade agreements.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian and international regulations governing imports and exports.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery sched ules to ensure efficiency and cost savings.
- Domestic transportation organization, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in international trading, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in import/export operations industry will be preferred.
- Has knowledge of customs clearance, trade compliance, and logistics coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
