Job Description
- Responsible for Custom Clearance, Logistics, and coordinating all shipments
- Prepare and follow up on all documents needed for Import & Export shipments.
- Track shipments in and on their way to the final destination and resolve any delays
- Ensure that the import documents are accurate and properly prepared prior to the arrival of the shipments.
- Prepare and update the shipments report •
- Obtain quotations for shipping and choose the appropriate provider according to needed cost, quality, and delivery times •
- Follow up with brokers, manage needs proactively, and ensure the safety of shipments •
- Update ETA and all shipment details on the logistics system •
- Aware Of Nafeza and ACI Process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
