Job Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and optimize HR initiatives.
