Job Description
- Assess organizational and individual training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations.
- Design, develop, and implement training programs and materials (e.g., manuals, guides, e-learning content).
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress in learning management systems (LMS).
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Assist with compliance training and ensure all mandatory certifications are up to date.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion training initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR training, instructional design, or a related field.
