Customer Training Specialist at Profit CRM

Profit CRM, a leading CRM software platform, is looking for a Customer Training Specialist to join our growing team in New Cairo!

We empower businesses to streamline operations, enhance client engagement, and drive sustainable growth through our powerful, intuitive CRM solution. As part of our customer-focused team, you’ll play a critical role in guiding users to success by designing and delivering engaging, practical training experiences.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Onboarding New Customers: Guide users through the setup process and ensure a smooth introduction to the platform.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Help clients define clear goals and milestones aligned with their business objectives.
  • Implementation Planning: Create customized onboarding and training plans based on each customer’s unique needs along with implementation team.
  • Milestone Tracking: Monitor progress and ensure clients are hitting key markers like first login, first sale, or first win.
  • Hands-On Training: Deliver engaging sessions to walk users through features and help them get started confidently.
  • Training Program Development: Build structured training paths covering product functionality, use cases, and best practices.
  • Interactive Learning: Lead live sessions (in-person or virtual) to engage customers and answer questions in real-time.
  • Educational Resource Creation: Develop guides, tutorials, videos, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for ongoing support.
  • Customer Webinars: Host regular sessions to spotlight new features, share expert tips, and highlight success stories.
  • Certification Programs: Offer certification tracks for customers who want to deepen their knowledge and become power users.
  • Training Analytics: Track engagement and usage of training resources, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Smooth Handover: Transition customers to the Customer Success team once onboarding is complete, ensuring continuity and long-term value.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer training, onboarding, or support within software or SaaS is a must.
  • Experience in the real estate sector is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience creating training materials such as videos, guides, and interactive sessions.
  • Ability to lead both live and virtual training sessions with confidence and clarity.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
