Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Sharm certificates, Tomas is a plus or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing with high level of candidates , assessing candidates.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of employer branding and talent market trends.
- Fluent in English writing and speaking.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for managing HR processes and data effectively.
