Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the optimal category strategies to ensure that the company's strategic goals are consistent with each trading category.
  • Forecast the market trends to generate innovative ideas in terms of promoting our services and optimizing sales.
  • Identify and implement opex-saving opportunities.
  • Responsible for all the commercial aspects of engagement with multiple strategic suppliers; looking at existing contracts, optimizing negotiation, governance, and closure for better rights.
  • Report value creation and supplier operating metrics.
  • Develop exit strategies for unprofitable products.
  • Lead the commercial team, namely, category managers and account managers.
  • Identify new opportunities and meet the needs of new suppliers.
  • Contact prospects through meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Promote Bawabet Al Sharq's services by assessing customer-specific needs.
  • Actively establish and maintain long-term relationships of trust with our suppliers.
  • Ensure the suppliers receive a continuous and professional response

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a respectable university. 
  • An experienced Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a sales manager, account manager, or key account manager is a must.
  • Committed to achieving the target.
  • High command of English.
  • Organized and details oriented.
  • Possess a work ethic.
  • Sufficient experience working in B2B model is a Must.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
