Job Description

Manages all sales and account relationships with modern retail chains. Develops pricing strategies, ensures product visibility, and executes trade promotions for retail success.

  • Build joint business plans with key retailers and ensure their execution
  • Manage sales forecasting, volume planning, and account-specific promotions
  • Negotiate trade terms, discounts, and visibility agreements
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Coordinate with the trade marketing team for in-store activations
  • Lead a team of KAMs and field merchandisers
  • Ensure timely supply chain and inventory flow to retailers
  • Analyze sell-in vs. sell-through data to guide account strategy

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales
  • 12-20 years of FMCG/cosmetics sales experience with modern trade channel focus
  • Proven success managing key retail accounts (e.g., Carrefour, Spinneys, Hyper One, Seoudi, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and merchandising strategies
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills
