Job Description
Manages all sales and account relationships with modern retail chains. Develops pricing strategies, ensures product visibility, and executes trade promotions for retail success.
- Build joint business plans with key retailers and ensure their execution
- Manage sales forecasting, volume planning, and account-specific promotions
- Negotiate trade terms, discounts, and visibility agreements
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly
- Coordinate with the trade marketing team for in-store activations
- Lead a team of KAMs and field merchandisers
- Ensure timely supply chain and inventory flow to retailers
- Analyze sell-in vs. sell-through data to guide account strategy
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales
- 12-20 years of FMCG/cosmetics sales experience with modern trade channel focus
- Proven success managing key retail accounts (e.g., Carrefour, Spinneys, Hyper One, Seoudi, etc.)
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and merchandising strategies
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills
