Job Description

Manages all sales and account relationships with modern retail chains. Develops pricing strategies, ensures product visibility, and executes trade promotions for retail success.

  • Build joint business plans with key retailers and ensure their execution
  • Manage sales forecasting, volume planning, and account-specific promotions
  • Negotiate trade terms, discounts, and visibility agreements
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Coordinate with the trade marketing team for in-store activations
  • Lead a team of KAMs and field merchandisers
  • Ensure timely supply chain and inventory flow to retailers
  • Analyze sell-in vs. sell-through data to guide account strategy

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales
  2. 12-20 years of FMCG/cosmetics sales experience with modern trade channel focus
  3. Proven success managing key retail accounts (e.g., Carrefour, Spinneys, Hyper One, Seoudi, etc.)
  4. Strong understanding of sales metrics and merchandising strategies
  5. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills
