Job Description
- Lead and manage all activities related to retail fit-out inside the mall in accordance with approved policies and standards.
- Review and approve architectural and engineering drawings submitted by tenants to ensure compliance with mall Fit-Out Guidelines, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, legal, and security, operations) to ensure timely and quality delivery of retail spaces.
- Develop and maintain procedures for fit-out stages including delivery, execution, inspections, approvals, and final handover.
- Oversee technical inspections and monitor work progress to ensure compliance with schedules and specifications.
- Manage technical relations with tenants during fit-out phases, providing support and guidance.
- Lead the retail fit-out management team, allocate tasks, and monitor performance using KPIs.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management on ongoing fit-out projects, technical challenges, and proposed solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent; certifications in project management or interior design preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail fit-out, including 5 years in a supervisory role within major malls or commercial projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Egyptian Building Code, Civil Defense regulations, and related technical permits.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build robust relationships with tenants and contractors.
- Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up) and project management tools (Primavera, MS Project).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, especially technical correspondence and reporting.
