Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Supervisor to lead our fleet sales efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
- Identify, approach, and secure new corporate accounts with private companies, government entities, leasing firms, etc.
- Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for fleet sales expansion.
- Establish competitive pricing strategies based on market and client analysis.
- Serve as the focal point of contact between the company and B2B customers.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand evolving needs and align offerings accordingly.
- Customize solutions, fleet proposals, and contract terms to suit specific client requirements.
- Monitor department performance, provide support to clients, and promote a high-performance culture.
- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and market activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial terms, and regulatory requirements.
- Submit periodical needed reports relevant to his job role.
Job Requirements
- Any bachelor degree in related field
- Years of experience from 7 to 10 years in same field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in fleet management or automotive industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
