Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Supervisor to lead our fleet sales efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fleet sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key fleet customers and decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Any bachelor degree in related field
- Years of experience from 7 to 10 years in same field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in fleet management or automotive industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
