Job Description
- Lead, train, and motivate a telesales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Set sales goals aligned with business objectives and track performance.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales or Telesales Manager (3+ years).
- Strong background in B2C sales; education/EdTech experience is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Target-driven mindset with strong analytical ability.
- Proficient in CRM and sales tracking tools.
- Fluent English – spoken and written.
- Ability to travel abroad for 3 months.
