- Job Summary:
Responsible for leading and developing the sales team to achieve business growth in the Horeca sector. Ensures strong relationships with key clients, drives sales strategies, and identifies new business opportunities. - Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans targeting the Horeca market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of proven sales experience within the Horeca or foodservice industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth understanding of the Horeca market, including customer segments and industry trends.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed business decisions.
