Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and clients.
- Work closely with operations and accounts to ensure smooth service delivery and proper payment follow-ups.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to the management team for informed decision-making.
Job Requirements
- 8-12 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in the travel industry).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
