Job Description

Lead Generation (4 days/week)

  • Conduct cold-calling and targeted email outreach to qualified SMEs and enterprises in Egypt
  • Manage and nurture leads in the CRM—ensure accurate data entry, follow-up reminders, and status updates
  • Achieve a minimum of 100 outbound touches per day (calls + emails) and secure at least 5 qualified discovery calls per week

Field Development (2 days/week)

  • Visit client sites, attend industry events, and host in-person meetings to build relationships and gather market intelligence
  • Represent Raqmix at retail outlets, schools, and business hubs to introduce our services and generate warm leads
  • Deliver on-the-spot presentations and gather customer feedback for service refinement

Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel: import new leads, update progress, and forecast deal closures
  • Submit a weekly activity report covering calls made, emails sent, field visits, and outcomes against targets
  • Collaborate with Marketing and BD teams to refine outreach scripts, email templates, and event strategies

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with the Tech and Delivery teams to understand service offerings and gather case-study material
  • Attend weekly pipeline review meetings and monthly strategy sessions
  • Provide market feedback—identify competitive moves, customer pain points, and emerging opportunities

 

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or telemarketing experience, preferably in B2B software/services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face meetings—highly self-motivated and resilient
  • Strong organizational skills: able to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and field visits without oversight
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
