Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Area Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in Greater Cairo. This role will be crucial in expanding our market presence by securing new agents and hypermarkets` chains while driving sales across both B2B and B2C channels. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry and a proven ability to build client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts with agents and hypermarkets to expand the customer base and boost sales through strategic partnerships.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies for both B2B and B2C channels to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential growth areas and competitive advantages.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Mentor and support sales representatives to enhance their performance and ensure team alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
  • Conduct regular market visits to engage with clients and gather feedback on products and services.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company’s offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

Job Requirements

  • 7– 10 years in sales management within the Food & Beverage industry is a must.
  • A robust database of potential clients to facilitate immediate sales activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet targets consistently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess market data and sales performance.
