Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities, especially in contracting, industrial, and governmental sectors.
- Oversee bid submissions and prepare technical and commercial offers.
- Provide periodic sales reports to senior management, including market trends and pipeline status.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the electrical or contracting sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical panels, grounding systems, industrial supplies.
- Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- A solid network within the construction and consulting industry is a plus.
