Job Description
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, and prepare meeting minutes.
• Follow up on the implementation of decisions and assignments issued by the Council Chairman, in the field and in the office.
• Managing official correspondence (paper and electronic) with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Preparing reports and presentations required to support senior management.
• Receiving visitors, organizing appointments, and managing public relations.
Qualifications and experience:
• A suitable Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration / Languages / Management Information Systems or any suitable qualification)
• At least 7 years of experience as an executive secretary or office manager.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong skills in using all artificial intelligence tools, computers, and office programs.
