Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview schedules and internal meeting appointments.
- Follow up with candidates and update attendance records.
- Organize employee files and manage official email correspondence.
- Enter HR-related data and maintain employee records.
- Oversee meeting room bookings and scheduling.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- a year of experience in administrative or office coordination roles.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook & Excel).
- Age not exceeding 28 years.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Residing near New Cairo or able to commute daily to First Settlement.
