Job Description

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the talent management team to administer the recruitment and selection process.
  • Provide guidance to all staff in regards of implementing the Policies and procedures.
  • Support talent team to identify and assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or managers, instructors
  • Oversee the preparation of employment registers and ensures safe keeping of recruitment files according to retention schedule. Coordinates background check and other elements of the hiring process.
  • In conjunction with direct managers, assist in drafting viable organization charts of departments and drafting and updating the company’s Job Descriptions.
  • Evaluate modes of training delivery, such as in-person or virtual to optimize training effectiveness, training costs, or environmental impacts.
  • Updating training records of employees
  • Create competency models ( technical and functional)
  • Work closely with the HR talent acquisition specialist to collect and coordinate aggregate data for the talent pipeline and analyze data to develop insights through data analysis to develop deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
  • Attend career fairs, and assists in preparation of display boards and handouts. Collect resumes from potential applicants at job fairs.
  • Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a Pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Develop and evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts.
  • Assist with new-hire orientation, as needed.
  • Help managers to cascade target & objectives on subordinates
  • Assist to make KPI's for every department & employee
  • Maintain organizational communications such as bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources
  • Make recommendations for modification to programs, as needed.
  • Work effectively as a team member with the other members of HR staff

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent in English.
  • previous experience in factory fields is a plus.
  • 4 to 5 years experience in HR & training roles
  • previous experience in employee engagement & handling complains
  • Experience in OD activities.  
  • HR diploma or certificate is a plus
  • ERP experience (preferred Workday) is required.
  • Excellent user of excel / PowerPoint & data analysis
