The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully growing the B2B segment for a startup. They will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and implementing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our B2B clients.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of the B2B segment.Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to establish partnerships with businesses, restaurants, retailers, and other B2B clients.Revenue Generation: Achieve revenue targets by effectively managing pricing strategies, negotiating contracts, and maximizing sales opportunities.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of B2B sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and achieve objectives.Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance products and services tailored to the needs of B2B clients.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.Operational Excellence: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of B2B orders and delivery processes.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analysis to track KPIs, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to B2B operations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a senior leadership role, preferably Head of B2B or similar, within the startup or e-commerce industry.Strong track record of driving revenue growth and building successful B2B partnerships.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change and innovation.Knowledge of the Qatari market and business landscape is advantageous.Benefits:Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.Health insurance coverage.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team in a fast-growing industry.Career development and growth opportunities within the company.
