Role Overview:
As our Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective sales and marketing strategies across a variety of business sectors. You’ll play a key role in lead generation, sales conversion, and brand positioning, working closely with leadership to meet company goals. This role demands a proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives in a remote environment and is confident speaking to potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to various client industries.
Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities via phone, email, and digital platforms.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, including lead qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
Analyze market trends to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms (email, social media, content marketing, etc.).
Support and contribute to website development and optimization (experience with CMS or website builders is a plus).
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
