Job Description
Sales Strategy Development:
- Creating and implementing sales strategies to meet the company’s revenue targets and expand its market share.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients (farmers, co-ops, agribusinesses).
- Generating new leads and securing new business opportunities in the agricultural sector.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Providing expertise on agricultural products, such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, equipment, or technology solutions.
- Demonstrating how these products can benefit clients and enhance agricultural productivity.
Team Leadership and Training:
- Managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources.
- Motivating and guiding the team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Negotiation and Closing Sales:
- Negotiating pricing and terms with customers.
- Closing sales deals and ensuring successful implementation or delivery of products.
Market Analysis and Reporting:

Job Requirements

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex products in simple terms.
